Pumpkin Spice Everything…But Make it Vegan

Call us basic, call us cliché, but we LOVE anything pumpkin spice and aren’t afraid to say it. PSL for life, am I right?!

There is such a short window to enjoy this seasonal flavor so we’ve made a list of our top Pumpkin Spice flavored products and treats, AND made sure they were plant-based to boot. We got you, boo! (too early?!)

1) Coconut Cloud Pumpkin Spice Creamer

Let’s not save the best for last; of course we have to call out our perfectly pumpkin-spiced, dairy free, vegan creamer first!  Coconut Cloud offers this clean, better-for-you version year round, but it’s definitely most popular in the Fall and Winter months. The best part? It has a 24 month shelf life, so you can keep it in your pantry and use it time and again without it going bad.

2) Maud’s Pumpkin Spice Coffee

When the creamer alone isn’t enough, make your coffee pumpkin-spiced too! Maud’s ‘It’s the Great Pumpkin, Mrs. Brown’ is not only the cutest name for a pumpkin flavored coffee we found, but it’s also one of the tastiest. Available in super convenient K-cups, we also love this brand because the company uses 100% solar energy to roast their coffee (hello, planet-friendly!), AND they use recyclable k-cup pods. This pairs perfectly with our Coconut Cloud Pumpkin Spice creamer and creates the ultimate Fall beverage experience.

3) The Best Vegan Pumpkin Cookies

Our girl Nora has done it again, but this time with a delectable recipe for homemade vegan pumpkin cookies that will knock your socks off. You know those big, soft, frosted grocery store cookies that are oh so delicious but loaded with tons of hydrogenated oils, sugars, preservatives, and artificial flavors? Well Nora Cooks has created a scrumptious cookie that’s just as soft, chewy, and frosted, but made it vegan! These pair perfectly with a Coconut Cloud Pumpkin Spice latte, or a hot cup of Maud’s Pumpkin Coffee.

4) Pumpkin Pecan Spice Cookies

Too tired or busy to bake yourself? We get it..sometimes you just want the goodness to be delivered right to your door, and fortunately Maxine’s Heavenly has got you covered. These gluten free, vegan delights add a nutty spin on the traditional pumpkin spice flavor profile, with healthier, whole food ingredients that you can feel good about. Packed full of gluten free oats, pumpkin, dates, and flaxseed, these cookies will leave you feeling satisfied and indulgent at the same time.

5) Vegan Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino (Starbucks Copycat)

Who says that pumpkin spice always has to be hot?! Not us! Check out this yummy recipe by Victoria from Wow! It’s Veggie, for a vegan version of a Starbucks frozen classic. And spoiler alert; we are definitely going to use this recipe as inspiration for a Coconut Cloud version; stay tuned for that recipe dump in the upcoming weeks. This creamy, pumpkiny treat hits all the right spots, and feels almost like you’re drinking a glass of pumpkin pie! Easy to make and comes together in just minutes.

We hope you enjoyed this collection of our top pumpkin (and vegan!) treats, and look forward to hearing from you what your new Fall favorites are. Happy stirring, sipping, and indulging!
