Founder and President

  • When did you join the Coconut Cloud team? I started my first business (Tundalaya) in 2003 and created Coconut Cloud in 2015.

  • What is your favorite part about your job? Creating new, health focused products that are missing in the market place. I quite frankly just love business. Everywhere I go I end up saying to myself "now there is a another business opportunity" - great ideas are all around us and if you have an idea, you just need to go for it. Another part of my job that I love is empowering women to have it all, whatever that means for them. It could mean working from home and toggling your time as a working mother or it could mean coming up with a new idea and turning it into a great business idea. I love surrounding myself with super smart motivated people - when you do this, it does not really feel like work.

  • What are you doing when you’re not working? I love spending time with my family. I also love cycling and traveling to see nature...I feel like our world is changing and I want to see as much as I can while it is still here.

  • Do you really like coconuts? YES! You could not get me to eat anything with coconut flakes as a kid but once I was introduced to coconut milk and coconut oil - I was hooked...um, more like obsessed. I am extremely interested in brain and immune health and the coconut is the perfect super food to support both of these. I think we are at the tip of the iceberg regarding the health benefits of coconut products.

Director of Operations

  • When did you join the Coconut Cloud team? I joined Tundalaya in February 2012 and was brought onboard for the Coconut Cloud project in 2015.

  • What is your favorite part about your job? Kerry and Lauren! Wait. Working from home! Wait. Each day being different and challenging in a new fun way. Learning something new, that I never thought I'd learn, almost every day. Meeting and working with all kinds of great folks. Learning from, working with/for a passionate, energetic, driven, caring leader who is not only a great owner and boss-lady, but an amazing friend.

  • What are you doing when you’re not working? Laundry! Wait. Playing with my 2 little kids, exploring New England where we live, going for walks, growing in my faith and trying to give to and help others along the way.

  • Do you really like coconuts? Yes! To be honest, I didn't used to like them. And I probably wouldn't eat dried coconut flakes but I LOVE coconut creamer, coconut oil, coconut water, coconut ice "cream" etc. etc. etc. I use our creamer with coconut oil and honey every morning. I always turn to coconut water if I'm dehydrated and I use coconut oil for more things than I should list!

Director of Product Innovation

  • When did you join the Coconut Cloud team? I am the newest hire to the Coconut Cloud team, and joined in March 2016.

  • What is your favorite part about your job? My favorite part of my job is being able to choose and brainstorm what the next exciting thing will be for our brand. Every day carries new opportunities and potential to be even greater than we were the day before. . .endless possibilities, that’s what I love!

  • What are you doing when you’re not working? Teaching cardio kickboxing classes and spending quality time with my husband, friends, and all of their little ones!

  • Do you really like coconuts? YES! (with 10 exclamation points). My husband thinks I am completely coconut-crazy. I love it all; fresh coconut, toasted coconut, coconut water, you name it. I even buy all the coconut-flavored shampoos and lotions that probably don’t even have real coconut in them, but I don’t care! Bring on the coconuts!
