Vegan Powerberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup frozen berry mix (we like the one with strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and kale)
  • ¼ cup frozen acai berries
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 TBS chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1 stick pack of Coconut Cloud Original creamer or scoop some from your bag at home!
  • Ice as needed


Directions:

Place all items in a high powered blender (we love to use the Ninja) and blend until just barely smooth. Then add in a little more ice or coconut water and blend again to desired consistency as needed. Enjoy!
